Located on the south east shore line of East Gun Lake, this 4BR 2.5 bath 2 story home would be a great spot to spend your  summer vacation!  Approx. 2554sq.ft -  large fully equipped kitchen- granite counter tops - w/eles stove, microwave, wall oven, side-by-side ref.coffee pot, toaster,pots & pans, silverware -dishes - A/C!  Perfect for 8-10 people!  The first floor Master bedroom features a Queen size bed,access to the lakeside deck, bath with dual sinks, shower stall and large soaking tub! A 2nd bedroom on main floor also offers a Queen size bed. There is an additional full bath also on this level! Upper level offers two bedrooms, 1 with Queen size bed, the other with full and 1 twin. There is a half bath on this level. All Linens & towels are provided!

All bedrooms except 1, have TV's w/cable - home also features Wi-Fi internet.

Large deck with outdoor furniture, fire pit, gas grill and dock for your boat. At end of dock it is about 3.5 to 4' deep and there is a boat lift for your use! The beach area is firm sandy lake bottom,  and awesome sunsets can be viewed from your deck! Plenty of parking for 5 cars plus boat trailer! Home does have a garage BUT not for your use!

Weekly Rental Rate: $2500 -PLUS $500 Security Deposit -refunded within 15 days of departure from cottage with all being left in good shape!

This is a Friday after 3:00pm to the Following Friday before 10:00am rental.

NO PETS!  NO SMOKING!
