Fully furnished: microwave, coffeepot, toaster, pots & pans, silverware & dishes & charcoal grill! Renter must provide own Bed linens, bath & kitchen towels! Great sandy firm bottom beach with dock for your boat - several marinas rent fishing, pontoon boat

 & personal watercrafts! Enclosed porch-facing lake with picnic table & rattan living room set!  You do have to cross Marsh Rd to get to your waterfrontage.  This cottage has   NO A/C!

NO PETS! NO SMOKING!
Master bedroom - Queen size bed
2nd bedroom - Queen plus twin and extra twin mattress!

WEEKLY RATE - $700.00 Security deposit of $200.00 required to reserve your week! Deposit refunded only with 60 days notice of cancellation. Rent due - in full - 60 days prior to your arrival. NON-REFUNDABLE unless able to re-rent your week(s). Security deposit refunded within 10 days of your departure with cottage being left in condition. Rental time is Friday 3:00 pm till the following Friday at 10:00am
