This cottage is located on the east shore of East Gun Lake, right off  Hastings Pt. Rd! When sitting on the spacious deck, you have a wonderful view of the lake!  Recently remodeled 2 bedroom - PLUS bunk house, this cottage will sleeps   8-10 comfortably - max # occupancy no more than 10 including children & infants.

 Fully furnished: toaster, coffeepot, blender,ele. stove, oven - ref. dishwsher- pots, pans, gas grill, picnic table, patio furniture- 2 umbrellas - fire pit,- Window A/C units-in both bedrooms and in Bunk House! 

Basic cable TV- DVD Player - NO Linens & towels provided! Only pillows & blankets!  1 bedroom with King size bed- 2nd BR in main house, with 2 bunk beds- with fulls on bottom and twins on top!

Bunk House has 2 sets of bunk beds with fulls on bottom and twins on top! Bunk House bath has a shower -no tub!

Dock for your boat-also several area marinas do rent fishing, & pontoon boats!  

 NO PETS! NO SMOKING INSIDE COTTAGE or BUNK HOUSE!

Discounted Rates:

April & Oct. $775/wk -May & Sept. $975/wk

1st -2nd wks June  $1275/wk

Will do Weekdays @ $250/night/W/3n/Min.

Weekends - @ $325/night/W/2n/Min

Holiday weekends -

3 night min -$375/night PLUS $200 deposit

Security deposit of $200.00

required to reserve your week! Deposit refunded only with 60 days notice of cancellation. Rent due - in full – 60 days prior to arrival.  NON-REFUNDABLE unless able to re-rent your week(s). Security deposit refunded within 15 days of your departure with cottage being left in good condition. Rental time is Fri. at 3:00 pm to the following Fri. with check out at 10:00am -
