Located on Robbins Bay this 3BR 1 bath ranch style cottage will sleep 5-6! Fully equipped kitchen,  1st bedrooms 1 twin bed -2nd bedroom w/ 2 twins beds and 3rd bedroom w/ 1 set of twin bunk beds.  Blankets and pillows provided -you must bring your own linens, towels and kitchen towels! Charcoal grill, washer & dryer, TV & DVD provided.

Weekly rent is $750 except for week of 4th of July -$850 -PLUS $200 deposit which will be refunded to you within 15 days of departure from cottage with all being left in good shape!  Charcoal grill, washer and dryer -dock for your boat! There is 16' of dock with 4 mooring poles -about 3.5' at end of dock!

No Smoking!

Pet -(1 only) Ok with additional $100  Dep.

 No -guest pets allowed!
