Home sleeps 8 comfortably -max. occupancy no more than 9 including children and infants! - all bedrooms are on the 2nd level - Master Bedroom w/ Queen size bed and private deck overlooking the lake, 2nd bedroom w/ Full size bed & the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds -additional sleeping on 3 season porch ( main level) with day bed (2 twin beds)!  All Linens and towels are provided! You may want to bring beach towels!

The home features a fully equipped kitchen with Gas Stove, Microwave, Ref. Dishwasher - all small appliances including toaster, blender, coffee maker - pots and pans, dishes, silverware, charcoal grill and washer & dryer!

 The home is set up with Satelite TV in the living room and master bedroom!  Home does have Central Air!

There is a nice fire pit for you to enjoy and new alum. dock (100' long -48"deep @end of dock)  for your boats - there is 50' of firm sandy lake bottom - great for small children and adults alike!  There is a cement sea wall at the waters edge! 

This home sits on a extra deep lot offering parking up to 5 cars including boat trailors! This cottage is within easy walking distance to Sam Joint - Sandy's County Kitchen -State Park!
