This cottage is located on the West side of Gun Lake -when sitting on the deck, you would be looking across the lake at the State Park Peninsula!
Recently refurbished 3 bedroom –   2 bath lakefront cottage! About 1225sq.ft.- Sleeps 8 - Max. # occupancy no more than 10 including children & infants!   Fully furnished: toaster, microwave, coffeepot, blender, pots, pans, dishes, charcoal grill, picnic table, fire pit, washer & dryer. All linens & towels provided – you may want to bring beach towels! 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds – 3rd bedroom 2 bunks- full size beds on bottom –twins on top. 19”TV with VCR. Window A/C units - basic cable!
Dock for your boat- also several area marinas do rent fishing

Weekly rate is $1475.00 –

Week of 4th of July $1575

Security deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve your week – deposit refunded only with 60 days notice of cancellation. 

Rent due -in full- 60 days prior to your arrival. NON-REFUNDABLE unless able to re-rent your week(s). Security deposit refunded within 10 days of your departure with cottage being left in good condition!
Rental time is 3:00pm Sat. to the following Sat. with check out by 10:00am –
