Located on the east side of Gun Lake, this home has awesome sunsets!  2 bedroom 1.5 baths lakefront home with great view of East Gun Lake. The 1.5 story home has about 1100 sq.of living space,window air conditioning unit & located on a quiet paved road. Sleeps 8-9 comfortably! Max # occupancy no more than 9 including children & infants!  Dock for your boat, firm sandy bottom for swimming, TV, grill,outdoor lawn furniture & fire pit & back lot for parking.  Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer.

Master bedroom w/king size bed - twin in landing area-queen size sofa sleeper in living room & bunk room (room in front of the garage towards house but not attached) furnished with 1 set of bunks -1 twin bed - 1full bed. Linens and towels are provided.
WEEKLY RATE - $1350.00/wk. Security Deposit of $200.00/wk. Deposit refunded only with 60 days or more notice of cancellation. Rent due -in full - 60 days prior to arrival.
Rent becomes NON-REFUNDABLE unless able to re-rent your week. Security depoist refunded within 10 days of your departure with cottage being left in good condition. Rental time is Sat. @ 3:00pm to the following Sat. @ 10:00 am.
