Located on the south shore line of East Gun Lake, this 1BR 1 bath ranch would be a great spot to spend your  summer vacation!  Approx. 350sq.ft - fully equipped kitchen-w/gas stove, microwave,coffee pot, toaster,pots & pans, silverware -dishes!  Perfect for 2-4 people!  The bedroom features a bunk bed with full on the bottom and twin on top. Queen size sofa bed in living room!
Small patio with lawn furnitue - dock space for your boat! The beach area is firm sandy lake bottom, sandy area for the kids to play while you sit and enjoy the view! -You do have to cross Marsh Rd. to get to your waterfront and dock!   Also at the beach area there is a community firepit - umbrellas and chairs!

Weekly Rental Rate: $400 -PLUS $100 Security Deposit -refunded within 15 days of departure from cottage with all being left in good shape!

Daily Rates: 2 night min -check-in @ 3:00pm -check out 12:00noon

$75/night PLUS $100 Dep. 

You must provide your own linens-towels and kitchen towels!

Charcoal grill - dock for your boat!

NO PETS!  NO SMOKING!

1. Parking for only 2 cars!

2. Quiet time - Sun. thru Thurs 10pm to 8am  - Fri & Sat. 11pm to 8am

3. When using beach area, please remove all articles when you leave -No glass on the beach! The foot you save may be your own! There is a trash contain on the beach!

4. No Fireworks!!!

5. Docking for 1 boat ONLY! Docks are for association owner & renters ONLY!

6. No Tents on the property anywhere!

7. No Pets allowed in resort at ALL!!

8. Cabin rule-No Smoking Inside!
