Located in the South Shore Resort, this 1BR 1 bath approx. 400 sq.ft. cottage makes for a great summer get-a-way!  Fully equipped kitchen-stove-ref. - microwave -pot & pans, dishes, silverware, glassware!

Full size bed in bedroom - and twin bed in alcove (w/privacy curtain) off sitting area!

TV -DVD player!

Gas grill and patio furniture available for your use!  Cottage does have a lake view from the front patio!  There is a community beach area with chairs , umbrellas and docking for all resort owners and renters!  The swim area has nice firm sandy lake bottom and is enclosed by the docks!

Also at the beach area there is a community firepit - there is not one at the cottage site!

This cottage is within a resort and there are resort rules to abid by!

1.  Parking for only 2 cars ONLY!!!  Speed limit is 5MPH!

2. Quiet Time: 

Sun. thru Thurs. 10:00pm to 8:00am

           Fri. & Sat. 11:00pm to 8:00am

3. When using the beach area - please remove all articles when you leave.  No glass on the beach.  The foot you save may be your own!  There is a container @ the beach for trash!

4.No fireworks allowed!

5.Docking for 1 boat ONLY! -Docks are for association owner and renters ONLY!

6.No Tents on the property anywhere!

7. No Smoking inside cottage!

8. No pets allowed in the resort at all!

Weekly ONLY!

Rate: $350/wk Plus $200 deposit refunded within 15 days of departure with all being left in good shape!
