Located on 80 acre Podunk Lake , this lakefront 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage offers a relaxing way to enjoy your summer vacation!  Podunk Lake is about 80 acres in size - gets up to 44' deep - All Sports Private Lake  (no public access) - and is known for great fishing!   The lake is just south of Hastings (about 5 miles) 

right off M 43.

The ranch style cottage has about 625 sq.ft of living space - fully equipped kitchen -pot-pans-small appliances-glassware-silverware-stove-ref. & microwave!  There is a gas grill located under the covered porch -great spot to sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the wildlife on the lake!

1 bedroom with full size bed - 2nd bedroom with set of twin bunks and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room!  You will need to bring your own linens and towels!

Other amenities include:  TV w/basic service -VCR & DVD - window A/C unit - fire pit- outdoor furniture -gas grill-dock for your boat -water softner - boat launch across lake on the channel!

This is a Friday to Friday rental with check-In after 3:00pm and Check-Out before 10:00am the following Friday!

No Pets!  No Smoking!

Weekly Rate:  $550 +$200 S.D. -SD refunded within 15days of your departure with all being left in same condition as you received it!
