This cottage is located on the west side of Gun Lake, 1.25 miles south of the BP Gas Station w/ the McDonalds! When sitting on the deck, you are looking across the lake at the State Park Peninsula!

Recently refurbished 2 bedroom – 1.5 bath lakefront cottage! About 800 sq. ft.- Sleeps 6-7 comfortably - max. occupancy no more than 7 including children and infants.
Fully furnished: toaster, microwave, coffeepot, blender, pots, pans, dishes, charcoal grill, picnic table, fire pit, washer & dryer. All linens provided – you may want to bring beach towels! 1 bedroom with King size bed – 1 bedroom bunk with full size bed on bottom & twin on top – full size futon sofa in living room. 19”TV with DVD- basic cable -Window A/C units! Dock for your boat- also several area marinas do rent fishing & pontoon boats.

Cottages #1 #2 #3 are all side-by-side-great for family reuions and located on the west side of West Gun Lake, right off Patterson Rd. -Lutone Circle is also known as Russell Dr. use MapQuest for actual location!

Peak Season

Weekly rate is $975.00 – Security deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve your week – deposit refunded only with 60 days notice of cancellation.

Discounted Rates

April & Oct 2010 -$450/wk

May & Sept. - $675/wk

1st & 2nd weeks in June-$775/wk

Peak - $975/wk

3rd & 4th week in Aug,- $775/wk

Rent due -in full- 60 days prior to your arrival. NON-REFUNDABLE unless able to re-rent your week(s). Security deposit refunded within 15 days of your departure with cottage being left in good condition!
Rental time is 3:00pm Sat. to the following Sat. with check out by 10:00am – NO PETS! NO SMOKING!

This cottage is also available weekly, for a long weekend or monthly during the off season. Call or e-mail Barb for current rates!

With 6 month lease, $750/month-includes: trash, well water, city sewer-basic cable-furnished-washer & dryer!
