Come and enjoy beautiful Gun Lake with this 1 bedroom 1 bath -864sq.ft. ranch home located on one of the cleanest - swimmable channels of all of Gun Lake!  Recently built, this homes offers all of the amenities of home PLUS you are right on the water! 

Home sleeps 4- persons comfortably! 

Queen size bed in the bedroom and sofa sleeper in living room!  Fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, firepit, pillows, blankets, linens & towels provided!   Home does have a washer & dryer!  There is a window A/C unit - propane gas grill !

Also provided is TV and DVD player & basic dish TV!  Dock space available if you want to rent or bring your own boat!

The main lake is not far BUT you do need to go under a bridge to get there!! Clearance is about 6'!

There is a $200 Reservation /Security Deposit required with this cottage!  Your deposit will be refunded to you within 15 days of your departure with all being left in good shape!  The rental amount is due 60 days prior to your arrival or if reserved with less time than that will allow -funds will need to be wired!
