Located on the South side of Gun Lake, this 3BR 2 baths ranch home is within easy walking distance of the lake access lot! There is no docking for this rental. Very nice swim area with nice firm sandy lake bottom! It is an association lake access so there would be other people using the area 100'. Fully equipped kitchen with Electric Stove & Oven, MicroWave,Refrigerator and extra Refrigerator in garage for your use! Fire pit with patio area! There is no central air in this cottage, just ceiling fans & window A/C unit ! Antenna TV, DVD, bring movies, does have WiFi! Cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 2 recently remodeled baths, both with showers-no tubs! No Smoking! No Pets! All linens & towels provided! Newer front loading washer & dryer in cottage! 1. Queen size bed 2. Full size bed with twin size bunk beds. 3. Queen with 1 twin but may have a set of bunk beds. 4. 1 Queen size sofa sleeper in living room. 5. 1 full size sofa sleeper in kitchen 6. 2 twins and 1 queen sofa sleeper in room on the far side of the garage ( maybe teenagers would like that room)

Security deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve your week – deposit refunded only with 60 days notice of cancellation. Rent due -in full- 60 days prior to your arrival. NON–REFUNDABLE unless able to re-rent your week(s). Security deposit refunded within 15 days of your departure with cottage being left in good condition! Rental time is 3:00pm Fri. to the following Fri. with check out by 10:00am
