Propane gas grill ! 2 bikes in shed for your use! Also provided is TV and DVD player! Dock space available if you want to rent or bring your own boat! The main lake is not far BUT you do need to go under a bridge to get there!! Clearance is about 6'! There is a $200 Reservation /Security Deposit required with this cottage! Your deposit will be refunded to you within 15 days of your departure with all being left CLEAN & in good shape! The rental amount is due 60 days prior to your arrival or if reserved with less time than that will allow -funds will need to be wired!
