NON–REFUNDABLE unless able to re-rent your week(s). Security deposit refunded within 15 days of your departure with cottage being left in good condition! Rental time is 3:00pm Sat. to the following Sat. with check out by 10:00am

Pet Friendly: Damage Deposit raised to $600 - yard MUST be cleaned of all pet waste upon departure.
